Want to connect with an instrument on a deeper level? The drum carving workshop is a 5 day intensive. You will learn to recognize usable logs from fallen trees in the forest, how to do the lay out, shaping, hollowing, stringing and heading of a djembe style drum using mostly hand tools. Minimum of 5 participants. Cost ($300) includes camping, meals and materials. All workshops include shelter/tent camping and 2 organic homegrown meals/day.
